What does pre-order mean for TCG products, and when does it ship?

A pre-order reserves a product the manufacturer has not released yet. You pay or confirm the order now, and the parcel leaves once the goods arrive in our stock — the estimated release date is shown on the product page. If the same order also contains in-stock products, the whole order ships as a single parcel once every item is available.
Why you would pre-order a product
Because popular sets sell out quickly at release. A pre-order reserves your copy, fixes the price at the time of ordering, and secures the product from the first distribution wave rather than from later restocks.

When the parcel actually leaves
The parcel leaves once the product physically arrives in our stock. An order containing both in-stock items and pre-orders ships in full as a single parcel, once every item is available. Order separately if you want the in-stock items sooner.
Pre-ordered products ship once they physically arrive in our stock. The date shown on the product page is the estimated release date communicated by the manufacturer, and can change if the manufacturer shifts the schedule.
Mixed orders — in-stock products plus pre-orders — leave as a single parcel, once every item is available. The reason is shipping cost: two parcels would mean two delivery charges.
If you want the already in-stock products sooner, place separate orders: one for current stock and one for pre-orders.
How the return window is calculated for pre-orders
The 30 days start from the actual delivery date, that is from when the product physically reaches you, not from when the pre-order was placed. The condition is unchanged: only unopened products are accepted for return.
The stock statuses used on the site
The site uses four statuses: “in stock” (delivery in 1-3 working days), “backorder” (7-10 working days), “pre-order” (after the shown release date) and “out of stock” (cannot be ordered at the moment).
