If you have found your way here, you probably know exactly what I mean: the magic of opening a fresh pack of cards, the strategy behind building the perfect deck, and the nostalgia of a classic duel. This shop did not start with a business plan — it started with a passion I have had for years: collecting Yu-Gi-Oh! cards.

My name is Octav and, before anything else, I am a collector. I have spent countless hours hunting, trading and admiring cards, with a soft spot for retro and vintage sets — the treasures that defined our childhood and laid the foundations of this fascinating universe.

As my collection grew, I kept running into the same problem: older Yu-Gi-Oh! products, the ones tied to our fondest memories, were extremely hard to find on the Romanian market. Searches turned into frustration, prices were prohibitive, and availability was close to zero.

That is how the idea for TCG-Shop.ro was born. I thought: if I am struggling with this, other collectors in the country surely are too. Why not create a place where every enthusiast can reach these products — a place built by a collector, for collectors?

Our mission is simple:

• Bring rare and sought-after sets to Romania: We specialise in tracking down and offering the retro and vintage products you will not find anywhere else.
• Offer fair, accessible prices: We understand what each card is worth, but we believe passion should not be a luxury. We work hard to keep prices as competitive as possible.
• Guarantee authenticity: Every product listed on the site is 100% original and sealed, chosen with the same care I would give my own collection.
